Pride in Dallas doesnt have a corporate office, a paid CEO, or a sponsorship team. We have volunteers — neighbors who take PTO in September, bartenders who work the route between shifts, educators who build programming after hours.
Every dollar we raise goes directly to programming, safety, and accessibility. Every plan we make starts with a community town hall. Every decision answers to the people who show up.
Thats what grassroots means. And thats what we protect.
