Betty Neal

President

Since 2022

Betty has spent her life in the fight for LGBTQ rights, with 40+ years of community service behind her. She served as an Advisor to Pride in Dallas in 2022 and 2023 and as Vice President in 2024 before taking on the presidency.

Her leadership centers on visibility, empowerment, and building a Pride movement that reflects the full spectrum of Dallas's queer community.

Vincent “Vinnie” Deluna

Vinnie oversees every facet of Pride in Dallas, and the work runs year-round.

Noah Allen

Technical Director

Since 2024

Runs the technical side of the event, from registration for parade entries, vendors, and volunteers to posters, banners, and operational maps. A concert lighting designer professionally, he owes his unofficial title of "Spreadsheet Director" to a love of organization.

Isaac Alexander

Logistics Director

Since 2022

A country boy from Baton Rouge who moved to Dallas after a 2018 vacation, he works along the parade route on barricades, banners, stages, and crosswalks. Most nights of the week, he can be found at the Round Up Saloon and Dance Hall.

Monica Chappell

HQ and Communications Director

Since 2025

Oversees the Pride headquarters and support desk, keeping volunteers, parade entries, and vendors supplied on parade day. A Registered Nurse Case Manager with more than 32 years of experience, she also fosters animals for Pooch Savers Rescue.

Alex Doran

Director of Photography

Since 2025

Eight years of experience behind the camera. Alex shoots and edits photos for Pride in Dallas year-round, covering the parade and other events, and works as a Digital Tech at JCPenney Headquarters. He also photographs portraits, special moments, and four-legged family members.

Brian Harris

Safety and Security Director

Since 2025

A safety, security, and operations leader with a background managing large-scale festivals and special events. He specializes in event security, emergency preparedness, crowd management, logistics, and multi-agency coordination.

Mason Matus

VIP Accommodation Director

Since 2025

Oversees the VIP area and talent green rooms at Pride in Dallas, coordinating with special guests and dignitaries. He volunteers as cornhole director for the Born Sports League, is events director for Impulse Dallas, and works in accounting for the Clay Cooley Auto Group.
