Board & Program Leads
General Volunteer Director
Becca coordinates directly between directors, team leads, and volunteers to ensure the long list of necessary tasks is prioritized and completed before the parade starts. She also handles making sure everyone eats and stays hydrated. Across the festival and the event, she can typically be found shuttling volunteers from place to place.
Outside her work with Pride in Dallas, Becca volunteers with Pooch Savers Rescue, fostering dogs that need a safe, nurturing environment and helping prepare them for successful placement in their forever homes. Professionally, she works as a healthcare consultant, focused on improving processes and helping teams work more efficiently and effectively.
President
Brings 40+ years of LGBTQ community service to the role, after serving as an Advisor in 2022 and 2023 and as Vice President in 2024. Her focus is visibility, empowerment, and a Pride movement that reflects all of queer Dallas.

Vinnie oversees every facet of Pride in Dallas, and the work runs year-round.
Technical Director
Runs the technical side of the event, from registration for parade entries, vendors, and volunteers to posters, banners, and operational maps. A concert lighting designer professionally, he owes his unofficial title of "Spreadsheet Director" to a love of organization.

Logistics Director
A country boy from Baton Rouge who moved to Dallas after a 2018 vacation, he works along the parade route on barricades, banners, stages, and crosswalks. Most nights of the week, he can be found at the Round Up Saloon and Dance Hall.

HQ and Communications Director
Oversees the Pride headquarters and support desk, keeping volunteers, parade entries, and vendors supplied on parade day. A Registered Nurse Case Manager with more than 32 years of experience, she also fosters animals for Pooch Savers Rescue.

Eight years of experience behind the camera. Alex shoots and edits photos for Pride in Dallas year-round, covering the parade and other events, and works as a Digital Tech at JCPenney Headquarters. He also photographs portraits, special moments, and four-legged family members.
