Board & Program Leads

Deizal Reyes

Parade Team Lead

Since 2024

Deizal oversees operations and staging, working to bring the community together for a safe, inclusive, and memorable event.

Outside Pride in Dallas, he volunteers with the Dallas Pride Parade and the North Texas Irish Festival, and bartends in his hometown of Paris, Texas. Deizal loves bringing people together through service, organization, and creating memorable experiences, and you will usually find him spending time with friends, exploring Dallas and new places, attending events, and staying involved in his community. He enjoys being behind the scenes of an event as much as the event itself — seeing how all the moving pieces come together to create a successful experience.

Professionally, Deizal has experience in retail leadership, customer service, team management, and event operations. He enjoys fast-paced environments where he can lead a team, solve problems, and make a positive impact, and he is especially interested in growing his career in leadership, event operations, and marketing.
