Festival Director
Matthew organizes the more than 100 vendors and food trucks throughout the Pride in Dallas festival.
He also organizes other Pride in Dallas events throughout the year, including REVIVE at Cathedral of Hope and the annual Pride in Dallas pool party. Those events help promote Pride in Dallas to a larger audience that celebrates and strengthens the LGBTQ+ community. When Pride in Dallas takes part in other events, such as Dallas Pride and Austin Pride, Matthew facilitates and handles the logistics.
In his professional career, Matthew works as an operations manager, and he brings leadership, organization, and strategic planning to the projects he leads.

Brings 40+ years of LGBTQ community service to the role, after serving as an Advisor in 2022 and 2023 and as Vice President in 2024. Her focus is visibility, empowerment, and a Pride movement that reflects all of queer Dallas.

Executive Director
Vinnie oversees every facet of Pride in Dallas, and the work runs year-round.
Technical Director
Runs the technical side of the event, from registration for parade entries, vendors, and volunteers to posters, banners, and operational maps. A concert lighting designer professionally, he owes his unofficial title of "Spreadsheet Director" to a love of organization.

Logistics Director
A country boy from Baton Rouge who moved to Dallas after a 2018 vacation, he works along the parade route on barricades, banners, stages, and crosswalks. Most nights of the week, he can be found at the Round Up Saloon and Dance Hall.

HQ and Communications Director
Oversees the Pride headquarters and support desk, keeping volunteers, parade entries, and vendors supplied on parade day. A Registered Nurse Case Manager with more than 32 years of experience, she also fosters animals for Pooch Savers Rescue.

Director of Photography
Eight years of experience behind the camera. Alex shoots and edits photos for Pride in Dallas year-round, covering the parade and other events, and works as a Digital Tech at JCPenney Headquarters. He also photographs portraits, special moments, and four-legged family members.

A safety, security, and operations leader with a background managing large-scale festivals and special events. He specializes in event security, emergency preparedness, crowd management, logistics, and multi-agency coordination.
